Since our closed beta launch, we've really gotten to see the benefits of having UserVoice as our channel to our users. Back when it was just friends and family, email was sufficient. Now that we're fielding great suggestions and feedback from 2nd and 3rd degree peers, I'm relieved we have UserVoice to communicate with our early adopters.

I consider UserVoice to be more like a replacement for the mailto link if you have questions or feedback, whereas Olark is more like call the operator for assistance. Desk.com is a more "enterprisey" version of UserVoice but perhaps better described as Zendesk-lite?
