I wanted to like Pivotal, but after using it for several months, I switched to JIRA and have never looked back--the main reason being that I don't know of one feature that Pivotal has that JIRA doesn't also offer.

Meets the basic needs, but in many ways it's so minimalist as to be primitive. We switched to Asana and have been delighted with hierarchical organization of stories ("epics" in Agile lingo), great email support, and simple, fast, and intuitive UI.
