The developers in my company use other monitors but i wasnt satisfied with how i was delivered information. i think this is a testament towards pingdoms user experience. A lot of systems do the same things, i just find myself bored and confused with the experience. Pingdom is so elegant and simple with such a great presentation of data, i've never been so engaged by a server monitor. So yeah, many services exist to give you a report when somethings wrong, but Pingdom got me signed up and smiling so fast i'm a big fan.
