This is a simple, yet phenomenal product. Go see our app in the itunes store (Wedding Inspiration from OneWed) and check out our reviews. Just building a great product doesn't stop people from using the app store ratings as a customer service channel, unfairly destroying a rating. Apptentive solves that problem. They also have increased our quantity of positive reviews at the same time.

Apptentive makes it simple to manage two huge parts of making a successful app; Getting good reviews in the app store and getting feedback from your users that can make your app even better.

Apptentive's SDK is simple to integrate with your app and gives your users an easy way to start a dialog with you about how to improve your app and their experience without giving you 1 star reviews in the appstore. And on your side the web UI makes it easy to keep track of user feedback and make sure none gets lost in the shuffle.

There are a few key things I look for when choosing an SDK service:
- Ease of integration
- Good documentation
- Developer support

Apptentive nails it in all three of these categories. It took me under 15 minutes and only 6 lines of code to integrate. Once integrated, it just worked with no troubleshooting after. This is because of great documentation that is easy to understand and follow. I sent feedback and asked questions on future features, and the team was supportive and responsive. Their customer dashboard is a great reference to really understand if your customers "love" your app by tracking love ratio, and since integrating, we've already received more reviews in the app store as promised. I'd recommend using Apptentive over others!
